Refund & Return Policy

Suburban Pvnk provides digital and print zines along with creative studio products and services. All digital zines, digital files, and downloadable creative assets are final sale because digital items cannot be returned once delivered. Print zines may be eligible for replacement only if the item arrives damaged or contains a clear production error. To request a replacement, you must contact the Studio within seven days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Suburban Pvnk does not provide refunds for customer error, change of preference, or failure to download digital files. Creative services such as branding, illustration, and design follow project specific agreements and are not eligible for refunds once work has begun. All decisions regarding replacements or exceptions are made at the discretion of the Studio.

If you experience any issue with your order including damaged items, missing items, or download problems, you must contact Suburban Pvnk as soon as possible with your order details. The Studio will review each case individually and respond with the appropriate next steps. After ninety days from the day of delivery, Suburban Pvnk may not provide replacements, refunds, or further assistance, and all decisions made by the Studio regarding eligibility for support are final. This policy applies to all digital and physical products offered by Suburban Pvnk including digital zines, print zines, and any other creative studio items.
